Ahhhhh!
Sooooo busy!
This week I am swamped with a bazillion things to do, like doctor appointments, playing catch up in school with the littles, gobs of housework and organizing, and several very large Etsy orders.
Those things are priority.
Food?
Ehhh.
Not so much.
Meals are gonna' be simple.
I think.
I hope.
Although when you cook everything from scratch....simple means it only takes one hour to prepare instead of two.
Huh.
So much for easy!
Monday: smoothies
calzones, veggies and dip
loaded spanish rice, PB apples
Tuesday: smoothies
homemade doughnuts, grapes
chicken alfredo over veggies, rosemary bread
Wednesday: smoothies
cheesy bread, fruit
fried rice with chicken, pineapple
Thursday: smoothies
bean burritos, peas
meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Friday: smoothies
pumpkin bread, orange julius
caldo de pollo, sourdough bread
Saturday: farmer's breakfast, oranges
leftovers
chili, cornbread
Sunday: waffles, kiwi
egg salad over spinach
carrot currey soup, biscuits
