Meet the Xia Xia gang, Bimini, Tobago, Trinidad, and Turks!

Xia-Xia‘s (pronounced shah shah) are from a far away land where the Carnivale runs all day, Xia-Xia are crazy crustaceans, who love to dance and play. Costumed in wild and wacky shell fashions, Xia-Xia love to change their shells for their festivities. These little guys bring back so many memories of my fun hermit-crab raising childhood days.

(They are however, extremely tiny, which makes them easy to lose, and a hazard around very little ones. So make sure they are kept in a safe place.)


Not only did I get to review all four of the incredibly cute Xia Xia, we received 3 of the Xia Xia playsets!

The Rio de Trio Village, Copoacabana Playset, and Confetti Cottage (which doubles as a carrier to take your critters on the go), are fun little play areas for your pets to skitter around. These sets snap together easily, and are as colorful as the crabs that go in them.
But just so you know, they aren't needed...your Xia Xia will bring smiles romping around just on the floor. Trust me, I know! Press their claw and watch them scurry around until they bump into something, back up, then wobble the other way...I was laughing myself at their silly antics!
